Description

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Delta, CO as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will operate CT and related imaging equipment, administer contrast media as ordered, assist radiologists during interventional procedures, and perform quality control and safety checks across x-ray, fluoroscopy, C-arm, CT, and MRI modalities as required. You will interview patients to explain procedures and ensure proper image quality for diagnostic purposes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years CT technologist experience.
  • Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  • Current ARRT certification in radiography or CT.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience operating CT scanners, including performing contrast administration and assisting with CT-guided interventional procedures.
  • Experience with x-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm equipment and related quality control processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MRI operation and patient screening for MRI procedures preferred.
  • Fluoroscopy experience preferred.


Assignment Details

  • 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, primarily weekend day coverage with occasional department rotation to nights and occasional on-call responsibilities.
  • May be required to float to other facilities as needed.

As a CT Technologist in this role you will support diagnostic and interventional imaging that directly impacts patient outcomes. You will ensure image quality and safety through routine quality control and by assisting radiologists during procedures. Your work will contribute to accurate diagnoses and timely patient care.
