Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer iodinated contrast when indicated, and operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images for an acute care hospital.
Minimum Requirements:
- Client-specific requirements: ARRT CT certification, Florida radiologic technologist license, BLS certification, minimum 1 year CT experience, GE CT system experience, trauma and stroke imaging experience, TerraRecon or reformat experience on a reformat platform. May be required to float to main department.
- Required education: Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT or equivalent).
- Additional certifications: ARRT (Computed Tomography) required.
- BLS certification required.
- Must be able to support emergent CT needs such as stroke and trauma protocols.
- Preferred: Experience with Siemens CT systems and GE Centricity/MediTech documentation systems.

The CT unit operates three scanners and utilizes Meditech and GE Centricity for documentation. Team staffing includes multiple technologists with scheduled coverage to support 24/7 needs. The department emphasizes AIDET communication, patient-focused care, and timely support for ER, stroke, and trauma cases. Dress code follows facility division policy for solids only. The unit reports strong leadership and tenured staff and offers schedule stability with primarily four 10-hour shifts and minimal voluntary on-call requirements.
