Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
- Certified/licensed in Colorado or willing to obtain Colorado certification prior to starting.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment, including experience in GYN, Urology, and Orthopedics.
- Experience with robotics preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working under AORN/AST standards.
- Previous experience collaborating with circulating RNs and surgical teams to reduce downtime between cases.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 06:45–17:15.
- Call one weekend per month. No charge for call.
- Holiday coverage required.
- May be required to float to other facilities as needed.
