Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and interventional procedures. Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment to capture crucial data of the heart and vascular system.
Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist or equivalent credential.
- Must have 2 years' experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Experience with GE Innova imaging systems preferred.
- Experience with structural heart procedures and devices preferred, including Impella, IABP, PFO/structural closures, TAVR support, PCI, IFR and FFR.
- Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech documentation systems preferred.
- State licensure as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.
- Experience with TEEs, implants, atherectomy, and advanced hemodynamic support (Impella/IABP) preferred.
- Prior experience in units that self-schedule and participate in STEMI call rotation preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0700–1900.
- Stemi call approximately 10–12 days per month.
- Scheduling model: self-scheduling.
- Float expectations: may float within department to EP and Stress Lab.
