What You'll Need:
- Associate Degree or graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Training Program or accredited Allied Health Program.
- Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiovascular specialty, preferably in a hospital Cath Lab setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required and must be maintained.
- State licensure when applicable for practice in New York.
- Experience assisting interventional cardiologists during invasive cardiology and peripheral vascular procedures preferred.
