Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Systems Analyst for one of the highest ranked universities in the nation. The Systems Analyst will be joining the infrastructure team to support and enhance systems across the Universities Information Technology enterprise. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of systems, providing expertise on best practices for various systems, servers, and applications. The Systems Analyst will also work alongside the System Administration Team for automation projects and will be delegated other tasks as needed - this includes weekend patching, crisis response for outages, etc. In addition, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing continuous Level 3 support across the organization and campus - more specifically, code migration services, check printing, monitoring and incident response, and scheduled job administration for central IT services. This individual will need to be readily equipped to analyze and problem solve in areas such as system operations, application operations, and enterprise process management.
