Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr. Network Analyst to join a customer of ours in the Wichita, KS area. In this dynamic role, the individual serves as the Firewall Product Owner and subject matter expert, driving architectural and configuration standards while managing the full solution lifecycle. They collaborate with vendors to shape a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing proactive monitoring and alerting strategies, leading incident response efforts, and ensuring high availability and performance of firewall systems. The role demands close engagement with customers to understand business objectives and design tailored network solutions, while working in tandem with the broader network team to ensure seamless implementation and support. This professional also designs, deploys, and maintains complex enterprise network infrastructure — including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems — ensuring optimal reliability. Additionally, they lead end-to-end network infrastructure projects, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications to deliver results efficiently. Comprehensive documentation, network diagrams, onboarding materials, and formal knowledge-sharing sessions round out their responsibilities, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained operational excellence.
