* Lead and oversee the distribution function, including the development and execution of distribution strategies
* Manage and optimize the distribution network, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to franchisees.
* Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring high levels of service and cost-efficiency.
* Develop and implement distribution policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution network, identifying opportunities for cost savings and service level enhancements.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on distribution performance, logistics costs, and service levels to senior management.

QSR Experience
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution and logistics management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in the foodservice, QSR, wholesale, protein, and/or beverage industry
* Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks and delivering operational efficiencies.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in logistics and distribution software and tools.
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field is preferred.
