An employer in the Orange County area is seeking a Revenue Integrity Manager. This role is 90% remote, but will be required to come into the Orange County location occasionally for physician education. The candidate must live in the Southern California area, but doesn't need to be local to Orange County. The position has a high likeliness to become a director role. The role will not have direct reports initially, but planning on bringing on individuals to manager in the future. The organization is using a product called MD audit, an AI tool - This individual will be given accounts to review (on the professional side, not facility), will be reviewing for revenue leakage or overcoding, and will assist with auditing accounts. They will then educate providers how to best document/bill for maximize reimbursement. This individual will be working with professional billing and collections directors and managers, working with coders and will also working with physicians.

5 years of revenue management cycle experience or medical coding in an ambulatory setting
EHR , ICD-10 coding
In depth knowledge of coding standards
CPC cert or CCS certification, as well as possibly RHI-A or RHI-T degree
