The Technology Team for one of our top Supply Chain/Logistics clients in the South Florida area is seeking a highly motivated Business Applications Delivery Manager. The objective of this role is to provide leadership, direction, planning, execution, management and support to software applications as well as systems upgrades and integrations. Together with the IT Directors, define which applications are needed for key business operations and supervise the installation and daily maintenance of those applications, as well as the associated network, infrastructure, and Cloud installations. Additionally, help determine which legacy systems are redundant or not needed and oversee the consolidation and/or decommissioning projects. In this role, you should have a strong knowledge of applications/platforms including ERPs, CRMs, SRMs, Web, Cloud (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Sitecore, Azure Cloud, etc.) as well as expertise with maintenance and troubleshooting of such applications/platforms. You will also be required to keep an awareness of the latest technology, software, applications and new platforms, and how it can be applied to make our business more efficient and successful. This role is a hybrid role based in Miami, Florida, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Salary is $130-160K + discretionary bonus.
