Insight Global is looking for Associate Manager Leave of Absence and Benefits to join one of our large pharmaceutical clients for a 12-month contract with potential to hire. This individual will need to be a subject matter expert for all leave programs, including state federal and local jurisdictional leave. 50% of this individual's day to day will be assisting with basic benefit question such as open enrollment, creating FAQs for the website and supporting the Sr. manager of compensation and benefits. This individual will need to have the ability to be able to communicate with all different types of people from different organizations across the company. This role will be a hybrid 3 day onsite in Parsippany NJ.
