Join a Project Supply Chain team that develops the tools and processes required to monitor and drive on-time delivery of equipment for priority projects across the Honeywell Intelligrated project portfolio. Collaborate with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities. Serve internally as a customer advocate to drive transparency and positive outcomes across top projects. Ensure full cross-functional alignment through clear and documented processes and procedures.
You will be part of a that represents the focal point for all project supply chain processes, best practices, standards, and reporting. Your efforts ensure the organization’s teams are focused, aware, capable, and strongly supported to ensure customer success. You will align established mechanisms for monitoring project progress with key metrics and develop a management operating system with scorecards and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supply Chain execution
- Work closely with internal sourcing, factory, and project teams to align schedules and priorities.
- Monitor engineering, planning, factory build, and ship dates for priority projects. Establish mechanisms to capture and address gaps to ensure on-time delivery.
- Implement strategic initiatives to prebuild, store, and sequence delivery for top projects. Create sustainable processes and tools to ensure effectiveness.
- Create tools and reports to monitor and adjust priorities with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of material for priority projects
- Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure positive outcomes
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing experience
WE VALUE:
- Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proven track record of establishing procedures, best practices and associated compliance
- Experience with Oracle MRP systems and production planning
- Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
- Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment
- Extensive leadership experience
- Experience of managing multiple projects
