In this role, you will serve as Director, Strategic Sourcing Software in Honeywells Connected Enterprise (HCE), our software and connectivity business group based in Atlanta, Georgia. HCE is building and connecting software solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes, translating into smarter, safer, more efficient business decisions for our customers.
We will provide relocation for this role.
Core Job Duties:
- Lead the Strategic Sourcing process for HCE Software, including reselling and embedded software for the Forge platform.
- Responsible for business performance of the software segment of HCE spend.
- Lead and develop a global high performing software sourcing team
- Lead continuous improvement of sourcing processes & metrics, specific to software
- Partner with legal to continuously improve contract frameworks
- Partner with HCE stakeholders to move sourcing further up the pipeline, increasing business value
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 + years of experience in Sourcing leadership of SaaS products
- 2 + years of non-sourcing Supply Chain leadership experience (procurement, logistics, cost, etc)
- 2 + years of experience leading a global high performing sourcing organization
