Job Summary:
We provide excellent rehabilitation services in the comfort of patients’ homes. All treatments are one-on-one, and we strive to help patients return to their community setting.
Homeside Rehab is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide high-quality patient care in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals (PT)
Implement treatment plans and provide skilled therapy interventions (PTA under supervision)
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve patients’ function, mobility, and independence
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated treatment
Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers
Qualifications:
Active NYS License as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (Required)
Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Job Details:
Job Types: Part-time, Per Diem
Salary: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour (based on role and experience)
Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours; day and evening shifts available, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed
