Description:

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is a full-service, non-profit Catholic hospital, sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy and a member of Trinity Health.

Functions in first-line management/clinical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities in Critical Care Unit; ensures appropriate staffing and coverage for unanticipated needs as well as long and short term staff scheduling; promotes teamwork and collegial relationships with, and among staff; intervenes appropriately and keeps the Unit Manager informed of departmental issues.
