Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance & CMMS Optimization Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Investigate and resolve work-in-process issues, ensuring seamless production flow.
  • Proactively ensure operational compliance to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to our Maintenance Planner, Inventory Specialist, and Supply Chain Analyst.
  • Oversee our facility's CMMS program and data management, continuously refining policies to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance KPIs and MDI metrics to drive facility goals and performance.
  • Manage inventory and maintenance budget effectively to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate OEM Technician inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Recommend and implement process and equipment improvements to drive operational excellence; reliability engineering focus
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
What You Need: 
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and results.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
