HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in Hampton, VA and nearby communities.
We offer flexible part-time and full-time opportunities, hands-on training, and a supportive clinical team to help you grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect and record accurate session data
Communicate client progress with your supervising BCBA
Complete session notes and documentation on time
Build positive relationships with clients and families
Qualifications:
Current RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply for BT roles
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time positions available
After-school and afternoon hours (Monday–Friday)
Optional weekend availability
15–25+ hours per week depending on availability
Pay:
$21–$25 per hour
