Hines Supply, a Division of US LBM, Is Seeking a Window Sales Specialist to join their team in the Chicagoland Area!
Schedule: Monday to Friday Day Shift
Wage: Salary + Commission
How You Will Spend Your Days as a Window Sales Specialist:
- You will partner with your customers by assisting them with product selection, communicate trends, new product releases, upcoming promotions, and delivery dates on purchases of Marvin Windows.
- You will build new relationships and support existing customers and contractors.
- Be your customer’s business partner.
- You will have the flexibility to work at a variety of locations including job sites.
- You will prepare bids and material estimates from customer/contractor supplied blueprints.
- Articulate deadlines, expectations, and needs with vendors, job site supervisors, customers, and management.
- You will assist in collecting accounts receivables.
- You may prepare and input orders if necessary.
- Have a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Window Sales Specialist Requirements:
- Experience. Sales experience with Marvin or clad window sales (required).
- Specialty Skills. Ability to use Marvin OMS, or similar knowledge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience required.
- Licenses. Must hold a clear and valid driver's license.
- Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required)
- Teamwork. Ability to work as a team and help motivate others.
- Excellence. Must have an excellent attendance history with a work ethic to match.
