Tax Manager directs and manages multiple operations of the tax practice area and to provide quality tax services, which will enhance the firm's reputation. You will act as a business advisor to our clients with the goal of maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative results

 


What will I be doing?

 

 

Tax Manager directs and manages multiple operations of the tax practice area and to provide quality tax services, which will enhance the firm's reputation. You will act as a business advisor to our clients with the goal of maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative results. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

 

  • Ensure the operational conversion of the Finance strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business.
  • Provide services to other Finance Teams and contribute to the success of the finance function within their area of the business.
  • Support business managers in external and commercial activities.
  • Actively contributes to the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate data and analysis.
  • Ensure the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls, Internal and External Audits), and provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.
  • Provide accurate operational information and advice to support decision making of business managers, e.g. financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, development of financial systems and audit.
  • Supervise the performance and development of a small team of Finance specialists.

What are we looking for?

 

  • All-Inclusive experience and high volume operations required
  • Demonstrable work experience as a Tax Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
  • Knowledge of tax software and MS Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems
  • Exceptional customer service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Analytical skills with detail orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Taxation
