What will I be doing?
You will support the strategic sourcing execution of indirect corporate spend categories across Professional Services, Finance, HR, Comms, and HSM outside of Technology-specific spending. You will own the planning, development, and coordination of these spend categories with your peers and sourcing activities to advance the company’s goals, while effectively collaborating with internal and external partners!

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop strategies and directions for spend categories, evaluating efforts to ensure the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of large supplier contracts and projects.
  • Serve as a procurement guide on projects and initiatives across functions.
  • Lead all aspects of contractual negotiations and contract administration for key partner sourcing needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and speaking skills to engage with and effectively influence the business functional leaders.
  • Coordinate with the Source-to-Contract Team to sourcing activities to advance the company’s goals, while effectively collaborating with internal and external partners, preparing, planning, and implementing sourcing activities (research, RFPs, etc.) while cultivating effective partnerships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Proactively identify diverse service providers using a preferred supplier network and conduct effective management of third-party partners
  • Collaborate with leadership to continually develop current talent to achieve greater strategic goals and performance.
  • Provide direction and directives to departmental team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities in the achievement of their objectives.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, and/or Management Consulting experience
  • One (1) year of contract solutions and savings identification
  • Experience with Coupa or other leading procurement platforms

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • MA/MS/MBA Master’s Degree
  • Five (5) years of Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, and/or Management Consulting experience
  • Business or strategy consulting experience
  • Hospitality Industry or Brand experience
