Position summary
As Hilton's Manager of Content Operations, you will be a content practitioner, advising a team of Content Specialists. You will define and assure the best methods while influencing, leading and mentoring others. You will ensure the content quality across whole teams and make sure Hilton’s content aligns to our strategy and objectives while meeting the needs of our guests.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and advise a team of Content Analysts
• Use analytics to report on operational performance and overall team capacity
• Define and ensure Content Operations standard methodologies
• Advocate for the operational excellence while ensuring a guest-first mentality
• Collaborate closely with partners across the Marketing, Customer and Product organizations to resource teams, resolve problems and develop future projects.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for digital content
• Take ownership of content quality through defining and implementing quality control procedures and practices
• Contribute to the training and documentation across the full Content Service Org
• Define and implement work management methodologies to ensure effective distribution of work and allocation of resources
• Influence the product development cycle by acting as an advocate for Hilton’s guests when making content decisions
What are we looking for?

• Ability to influence and prioritize project across partners at all levels of the organization
• Detail orientated, with a keen eye for consistency and quality
• Excellent communication and relationship leadership skills and an ability to influence senior partners across multiple teams
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• Significant experience in Content Operations
• Working knowledge of content platforms (DAM, CMS, etc.)
• Understanding of User Experience (UX)
• Project management experience in a fast-paced global enterprise
• Prior experience managing large scale projects and/or people
• Willingness to travel, as required;
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience in a specialized content design position
• Experience with localized content
