Hilton Minneapolis is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join their team! This beautiful Convention Hotel has over 96,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and 826 guest rooms. It is home to over 400 employees with several employees having worked there since the property opened in 1992!
The Housekeeping Manager reports to the Director of Housekeeping and is one of three in the department. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of hotel experience, housekeeping, supervisory and union experience preferred.
What will I be doing?
As Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage daily Housekeeping operations to include, but not limited to, maintaining cleanliness, service and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms, oversee and conduct room inspections
- Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Recruit, interview and train team members
