What will I be doing?
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
- Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
- Participate in hotel promotional activities
What are we looking for?
- Strong Group Conference and Events Executive experience
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and fantastic communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: -
- Knowledge of Delphi FDC
- Previous experience in the same or similar role at a large events venue
