What will I be doing?

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
  • Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities

What are we looking for?

  • Strong Group Conference and Events Executive experience 
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer service
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and fantastic  communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

 

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: -

  • Knowledge of Delphi FDC
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role at a large events venue
