We are six blocks from the heart of downtown, Centennial Olympic Park, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Our hotel is the hotel of choice for large conventions and small meetings alike, in part because we have 131K square feet of flexible space and personalized catering options.

What will I be doing?
You are the liaison between the client and the hotel departments by communicating and orchestrating the needs of the client and seeing that all details are followed through with the highest level of service. In this role you are responsible for successful execution of all meetings and events to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Having the ability to deal with service recovery when an issue arises, as well as providing that extra client attention in making their experience the best it can be encompass major parts of this role.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage customer relationships regarding the execution of fabulous events.
- Analyze and plan for customers’ service and product needs.
- Authorize appropriate resolution of customers’ concerns while maintaining profitability.
- Direct and assist with customer services via site visits, board meetings, menu tastings, and planning meetings for definite and potential groups.
- Supports the Departmental Leaders with daily operations and interaction with Sales Team and other appropriate departments.
- Participate in development and measurement of personal and team goals and action plans.
Supportive Functions:
Communicate clearly and accurately (verbally or non-verbally) in a pleasant manner.
Show competence by completing job responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrate an ability to follow a prescribed sequence of service with each encounter.
