to oversee and enhance the beverage program across all Food & Beverage outlets and Banquets. As the
Director of Beverage
, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage programs to ensure exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of mixology, ingredient sourcing, and beverage cost management.

  • Develop and Execute Beverage
    Programs: Design innovative and enticing cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage programs that cater to diverse guest preferences. Ensure consistency and high quality across all outlets and Banquets.
  • Ingredient Sourcing and Implementation
    : Source, produce, and implement fresh juices, syrups, shrubs, and other ingredients to enhance the flavors and visual appeal of beverages. Elevate the overall quality of the beverage offerings through creative and unique ingredient combinations.
  • Storeroom Organization:
    Create outlet pars and requisition documents for efficient inventory management. Maintain an organized storeroom to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate with Catering & Events:
    Collaborate with the Catering & Events team to develop specialty bar programs, tastings, and experiences for clients. Ensure seamless integration of beverage offerings with the overall event concept.
  • Budget Management:
    Maintain and meet budgeted beverage cost expectations. Implement strategies to control costs without compromising quality. Monitor inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Training and Compliance:
    Conduct regular training sessions to educate the staff on beverage preparation techniques, menu knowledge, and service standards. Ensure compliance with federal and local alcohol service and training laws. Maintain high standards of responsible alcohol service.
  • Standardization and Controls:
    Establish and enforce standard practices and controls across all beverage operations. Implement measures to maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, and presentation.
