As the Director, Global Sustainability, you will be a key member of Hilton’s Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team, raising the profile of Hilton’s award-winning Travel with Purpose program. • Coordinate and lead Hilton’s annual ESG reporting, including ESG disclosures to third parties (CDP, DJSI, GRI, SASB) and regulatory filings, including management of consultants.
  • Lead Hilton’s ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 certifications, including the annual audit process for both hotels and corporate offices.
  • Collaborate and partner with Team Members and key business partners such as Brands, Ops, Engineering, Development, and others to drive sustainability initiatives globally.
  • Act as advisor and subject matter expert on ESG/sustainability developments by maintaining continual awareness of ESG reporting trends.
  • Track efforts against multi-year goals, science-based targets, and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Lead and provide direction on the development of quarterly dashboards for tracking and reporting progress.
  • Develop global Travel with Purpose and LightStay training programs for team members, owners, and other key audiences.
  • Lead global sustainability and environmental programs such as Earth Day.
  • Support Hilton’s global responsible sourcing initiatives, in collaboration with Hilton Supply Management (HSM).
