What will I be doing?
Dim Sum Cook II/III with Conrad Hotels and Resorts assists in the day-to-day operations of the Chinese
Kitchen. Specifically, the Dim Sum Cook II will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Sets up mise-en-place for dim sum
- Assists Dim Sum Chef to produce and maintain high quality of Dim Sum
- Prepares and cooks dim sum in accordance to the event order
- Supplies Dim Sum for lunch and dinner
- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the cooking area
- Carries out other duties as and when required by the Dim Sum Chef
- Follows and enforces the hygiene and safety standards set by the Hotel.
- Assists with Chinese Wedding/Banquet Event dessert plating
