Responsibilities:

  • Create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests at every step of their stay, from arrival to departure.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions with utmost accuracy
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional hospitality education is a plus
  • Demonstrated background in a front desk or customer service position, ideally within hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A positive demeanor and a phenomenal teammate approach
