Get to Know Your Team:
- Hillcrest Hospital Claremore is a 49-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.
- Escort patients to the procedure area for surgery and endoscopy.
- Obtain and record vital signs in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Perform pregnancy tests and check blood sugar levels as required.
Clean and sanitize scopes and procedure rooms according to protocol.
Assist the physician during endoscopy procedures, including polyp removal and biopsy collection.
- Scan and upload documentation into the EMR system.
- Monitor and reorder supplies as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Hospital experience as a unit secretary or medical terminology knowledge
