The Treasury Assistant reports to the Director of Treasury and is responsible for all administrative duties for the VP and Director of Treasury among other responsibilities outlined below.


  • Responsible for maintaining the treasury inbox
  • Responsible for logging all corporate checks for deposit
  • Responsible for signature cards and updates
  • Responsible for maintaining the signature card register and other various Treasury related spreadsheets
  • Responsible for monthly audit information
  • Administrator for online banking
  • Administrator for credit card processor and gateway online access
  • Administrator for credit card merchant account access
  • Responsible for monthly invoice rebills
  • Responsible for ordering department supplies
  • Responsible for scheduling external meetings and coordinating departmental
  • Serve as front desk contact for all incoming treasury calls, receptionist duties as needed
  • Manage the monthly international property timesheets
  • Will act as back up if needed for manual positive pay upload, and exceptions
  • Backup fort stop payments
  • Backup for Treasury vendor invoice payments
  • Backup for reviewing the file acknowledgements from banks research rejected file payments and notify the appropriate person

  • 2+ years executive administrative experience
  • 2+ years of Treasury experience preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience with administering banking and credit card platforms preferred
  • Detail-oriented and ability to easily multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
