Makes guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently;
accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services.
We are seeking an individual who has current experience in a luxury hotel / spa environment as a Spa Massage Therapist. The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service, the ability to interact and connect with guests
- Massage soft body tissues to relieve discomfort and provide treatment for injuries, wellness maintenance or medical conditions.
- Apply pressure to specific parts of the body with the hands and fingers to release muscle tension and bring relief from related symptoms.
- Discuss client concerns, medical histories and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.
- Hold current state massage therapy license
- Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
- Able to stand for a long period
- Commitment to receiving continuing education
- Customer service experience
