CNA Position Summary
As a CNA at Henry County Health and Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
CNA Requirements
An active CNA Certification for the state of Tennessee
Current CPR/BLS Certification
