What you´ll do
- Responsible for driving excellent execution in Logistic - warehouse.
- Leading GCN logistic-warehouse strategy deployment.
- KP Management: L11-warehouse cost & consumable material cost; POTC – GI on time ratio, inventory accuracy, CCMS/SCMS, productivity saving.
- Acts as interface/escalation point for warehouse issues for any internal and external stakeholders, escalates performance / compliance issues to necessary functions.
- Responsible for warehouse footprint design and optimization.
- Leads, supports and reports on projects to improve performance, processes, quality, costs.
- Leads warehouse suppliers’ performance management.
- Actively manages monthly CCMS/SCMS results with the suppliers and any necessary claim rebates.
- Actively drives Continuous improvement projects at the suppliers on Cost; Quality; Service and Safety.
- Collaborating with other functions in GCN Supply Chain team to deliver agile logistic solution to support company's growth and development.
- Support FP in contract negotiations, RFQs, contract renewals, special agreement.
What makes you a good fit
- At least 8 years’ experience on Logistic area, 3 years on transportation or warehouse operation management.
- Agile, quick learner, open minded and has certain level of strategic thinking.
- Positive and can do attitude, proven cases in warehouse performance improvements, driving projects, and process Kaizen.
- Problem solving and data analysis : Strong data analysis, use data and facts to identify problem, then be able to find out root cause and resolve problem.
