What you´ll do
- Planning and execution of lab work for the development of debondable products for the automotive industry to enable circularity and improve sustainability
- Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards
- Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
- Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies
- Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria
- Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science or related field
- Experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive industry
- Hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work
- Persistence and resilience in driving new technologies to market readiness
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
