What you´ll do
- Work for Automotive Component business unit, in the team of application engineering thermal.
- Be responsible for product recommendations and spec in, customized product applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.
- Perform lab testing tasks to solve the technical related cases by on-hand skills, as well as the product performance testing to prove advantages.
- Make the necessary documentation/test report/analysis and share with internal and external stake holders.
- Regular communicating with customers to bridge the voice from customer and product development and finalize the CTQ for the new project or ideas.
- Always staying close to the industry to get and think of market needs in order to link it with new application development for customers.
- Work closely with product development project team to bring technical comments and insights for product launching.
- Work with the equipment partner to explore the full application process of our products.
- Collaborate with excellent team players around all functions and make yourself an industry expert.
- Customer Relationship Management, build up network with key stakeholders in customers.
- Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc.
- Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or above degree in Chemistry, material or related field.
- Strong interest in Adhesive and Automotive industry.
- Teamwork with partners and frequent information sharing in Henkel internal team.
- Good project management skills.
- >8 years technical working experience in Adhesive related industry, thermal adhesive related experience is preferable.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English communication.
- Proactive, open-minded and a quick learner.
