About this Position
The Specialist IT Process will be responsible for ensuring that talent in North America and Latin America has the necessary technological tools and access from day one. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic bridge between operations and leadership, managing the follow-up on critical requirements with high-level stakeholders and channeling technical requests through ServiceNow and Henkel’s digital ecosystem.What you´ll do
- Ensure basic equipment and accesses are assigned for newcomers for NA and LATAM region.
- Communication with high level stakeholders for request follow up .
- Submit tickets in ServiceNow and other Henkel tools.
- Support in diverse projects implementation across Americas region (e.g. PC Refresh).
- Steer continuous improvement initiatives for leaner processes.
- Open to learn activities related to digital topics such as AI and data analytics (basic).
