About this Position 

What you´ll do

  • Plan and manage the replenishment of finished goods across various European countries (full planning responsibility for a specific technology portfolio within the region)
  • Actively contribute to weekly planning cycles, Supply Reviews, S&OP meetings, and cross-functional project boards
  • Develop and review Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) Collaborate closely with Henkel production plants, and cross-functional teams (Production, Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging)
  • Make informed allocation proposals based on market needs and business priorities
  • Monitor and manage inventory health, including optimization of stock levels, slow movers, scrapping, and obsoletes
  • Monitor and manage service Product Availability and overall efficient End-to-End Supply Chain
  • Proactively manage service level issues, supply shortages, and bottlenecks, escalating when necessary
  • Analyze the supply network to identify constraints or underutilized capacity, proposing adjustments to the Supply Chain leadership
  • Provide input for regional Supply Review Meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance
  • Regional project management
  • Continuously optimize processes and setup

What makes you a good fit

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration/Economics with focus on supply chain
  • Min. 3-5 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related planning field
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills are required SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
  • Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
