What you´ll do
- Responsible for the development of the business strategy (for PRAVANA & ZOTOS PRO) and the growth of the key account SalonCentric, and all its affiliates.
- Directs the assigned FTE to carry out the execution of the overall strategy that will create success and growth of the customer(s), that aligns with the brands directives and KPIs
- Lead the Business Development strategy and execution of sales activities for the assigned customers.
- Focus on new potential customers within the channel of responsibility that aligns with the business expansion strategy.
- Responsible for communicating targets and estimates to both customers and to the leadership of the company on a consistent and regular basis.
- Effective deployment of human and capital resources needed to support business strategy for successful results.
- Review customer data (internal and external); support growing trends, identify non-effective activities and eliminate wasted expenditures that stand in our way of success.
- Alignment with all cross functional teams, manage expectations based on the overall business strategy, identify tools and resources needed for success of assigned customers, advocate on behalf of your team for what is needed to provide success of your business plan.
- Responsible for the proper execution of all Henkel compliance guidelines as it relates to assigned customers, including but not limited to: CSDA, contractual expectations, T&E.
What makes you a good fit
- Experience: 6+ Years, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPG and Beauty Experience preferred.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and adaptability to solve complex problems in a dynamic workplace.
- Excels in communication, motivation, people management, and fostering continuous improvement with self-awareness and resilience.
- Demonstrate extraordinary leadership ability and professionalism that will motivate and influence in a positive manner the internal and external stakeholders.
- Acts as an ambassador for the company demonstrating a professional attitude and image, strong business acumen and follow-through skills on projects and customer engagement.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications to include TEAMs, Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Ability to navigate other software programs such as Customer Management and Project Management platforms.
- Remote / Field role. Candidate must be based near airport with easy travel connections.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
