What you´ll do
- Sales & Channel Strategy & Cross-BU Alignment:
- Strengthen regional sales & channel excellence collaboration across SBUs in APAC by defining channel strategies and governance frameworks.
- Act as key regional contributor in driving or facilitating regional-led sales & channel related projects from design to full implementation.
- Integrate regional perspectives to global initiatives to ensure successful rollout in APAC market. - Distributor Management:
- Define cross-BU annual review process and timeline for distributors. Develop implementation plan in alignment with compliance and commercial requirements.
- Contribute to the design of distributor lifecycle framework and continuous enhancement of distributor management system based on commercial feedback. - Process and Tools Optimization:
- Lead the roll out of CRM tools to build partnership, drive effective sales and boost growth.
- Enhance governance process to increase transparency, minimize conflicts and ensure mutual benefit across BUs.
- Establish regional ownership and accountability for cross-BU processes and tools, managing them to drive operational excellence. - Data-Driven Insights and Optimization
- Utilize data analytics to inform and enforce sales & channel governance.
- Drive strategic decision-making by translating in-depth analysis into actionable insights actively supporting strategic sales & channel projects.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related fields. MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales Excellence,
Channel Management or Strategy roles within a multinational company, APAC
experience is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise in
rolling out CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in both strategy framework and operational
excellence.
- Proven track record in cross-functional communication, project management, and channel management.
