Lead the specific Production Cell Responsible for the full set of PQCDSM KPI’s for the specific Cell , - MTBF Unplanned Downtime OEE RESPONSIBILITIES - Sets direction and vision for the Cell based on the Site CBN and the Operations strategy - Lead and coach the Operators - Accountable for the development of the Operators according to the respective Skill Matrices - Acts as a role model for Safety, Quality, lives and embraces Henkels values - Own and execute the daily/weekly/monthly L-DOR meeting and escalate need for help to the C-DOR meeting (via Cell Manager ). Ensures all the gaps/ losses are correctly addressed to specific resources and properly completed - Attend to the L-DOR meeting(s) every morning . - Be part (hands-on) of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses - Coach the team in daily DMS execution (SIM, AM, PM, PS, …) and act on deviations - Support and manage the development and continuous improvement of standard work for all areas of the cell. - Work closely with the Process Engineer , Quality, VSU Leader, Training Manager and HPS Engineer to analyze current performance and establish work activities to address losses - Review team questions and ideas - Provide support and resolve conflicts making sure the team can perform their tasks - Have 1:1 with all your direct report on a weekly or biweekly basis - Owns SIM OTHER EXPECTATIONS • Strong process knowledge of the HPS Pillars: AM, PM. • Spend 80% of the time coaching on the floor Ensure strict enforcement of safety and hygiene rules and instructions within their workshop or department.  Ensure the wearing of the appropriate clothing and personal protective equipment provided to their staff and/or personnel working in their workshop or department.  Ensure compliance with collective safety measures.  Enforce the company's internal regulations, in particular the chapters relating to the SHE, as well as any notes or instructions dealing with this subject.  Use any authority to stop any risky situation they observe within their area of authority.  Inform their superiors, in a written report, of any breach or violation of safety rules and instructions by their staff, even those that have not caused a workplace accident.  Comply with regulations relating to discharges.  Comply with regulations relating to waste.  Comply with the issued SHE guidelines.  Apply the instructions provided for AES management.  Consult the WRA list.  Participate in the continuous improvement of the ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 management system.  General Education: Engineer (Industrial Process, Food Processing, etc.)  Professional Experience: 4 to 6 Years  Strong teamwork skills  Good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage personnel working on their machine  Knowledge of various production equipment  Meticulous execution  Ability to meet production objectives
