What you´ll do

  • Regionally responsible for an area of the strategic procurement of MRO within the Indirect Materials & Services
  • Manage, executes & implements sourcing projects at local/regional level based on priorities defined by the Category Team Leaders
  • Ensure consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects executed
  • Assure for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability & compliance
  • Challenge and enrich the procurement objectives, goals and strategies, including all short, mid and long-term financial targets and any risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive our suppliers to continuously improve their offerings in terms of product, price, quality, innovation and sustainability
  • Establish strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships on various levels
  • Conduct periodical risk assessment and design and manage adequate countermeasures for selected spend

What makes you a good fit

  • A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement of services for a global company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Procurement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2) and German (C1)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
  • Process improvement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle critical situations and mitigate potential risks
  • Proven experience in global and strategic sourcing

Minimum salary: 2500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
