About this Position
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) and Technic Transfer (TT) projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive the establishment of new processes and provide technical support during process validation to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) product launches, with a primary focus on regional hair care and laundry products.
- Proactively identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Investigate and
resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting.
What you´ll do
- Collaborate with R&D formulators to conduct pilot and plant trials, support product registration, and establish scalable mass production processes through systematic trials.
- Participate in Zero Production (ZP) activities to ensure the timely launch of new products.
- Work as a technical window, bridge the communication between R&D and SC.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including R&D and SC) to resolve production technical issues.
- Drive continuous innovation and develop technical solutions to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
What makes you a good fit
- Educational: Bachelor’s
degree or higher in Chemistry, Bioengineering, Polymer Materials
Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of
5-7+ years of experience in cosmetics, hair care, laundry and related
industry; prior working experience in a cosmetic manufacturing environment
is preferred.
- Background: Prefer
technical background in process development, scale-up, or technical
transfer within FMCG environment is a plus.
- Fluent in Japanese communication.
