About this Position

We are looking for a Network Supply Planning Specialist to lead global demand planning into our Tijuana manufacturing plant, managing requirements from international affiliates across the Americas and Overseas (excluding Mexico).
This role is critical in ensuring alignment between demand and production within a make-to-order environment, where demand variability and volume spikes add complexity to planning.

What you´ll do

  • Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts
  • Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
  • Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
  • Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
  • Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
  • Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
  • Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
  • Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing global or international demand.
  • Experience in make-to-order environments (strongly preferred).
  • Background in non-commodity industries (plastics preferred).
