What you´ll do
- Execute maintenance and tasks according to established work specifications, equipment standards, and operational plans.
- Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain complex industrial equipment to support safe and efficient plant operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Work safely in industrial environments, including indoor and outdoor conditions, while following LOTO procedures and using required PPE.
What makes you a good fit
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, or a related trade and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial maintenance systems, including pumps, motors, drives, overhead cranes, forklifts, and shop equipment.
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, and ultrasound monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and make effective repairs with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and maintenance documentation systems.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, lift up to 50 pounds, and work rotating shifts, including weekends as needed.

The hourly pay range for this role is $38 - $45. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
