About this Position

- Responsible for leading, managing and supervising all operations and processes within the maintenance department
- Organizing preventive and corrective maintenance implementation plans and performing process equipment inspections
- Developing plans for optimizing/improving production process costs and spare parts in the factory
- Responsible for up-to-date management of the electronic maintenance program and employee training
- Monitoring costs and managing the maintenance budget in agreement with the immediate manager
- Developing technical documentation for spare parts (technical requirements, workshop drawings, electrical diagrams, etc.)
- Developing preventive maintenance plans and being responsible for their implementation
- Other tasks
What makes you a good fit
- University degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with automatization process and mechanics
- English language
