About this Position
What you´ll do
- Become part of a highly dynamic Global Packaging Innovation team shaping packaging solutions for all markets
- Support consumer understanding and assessment to ensure packaging ideas meet real-world needs
- Screen and evaluate potential packaging concepts and technologies to identify promising directions for innovation
- Contribute to ideation sessions and help fill the innovation pipeline with fresh concepts
- Gain insights into packaging technologies for consumer goods
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s student in industrial engineering, innovation management or related fields with technical knowledge in packaging or plastics is a plus
- Practical or international experience in a globally operating FMCG company e.g. through former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
- Strong interest in sparking innovation and exploring new ideas for packaging solutions, ideally with previous experience in this field, e.g. through projects, internships or academic work
- Curiosity and creativity in future technology exploration
- Availability as of April 2026 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
