What you´ll do
- Support the Global Digital Transformation team in rolling out AI initiatives across Henkel.
- Help communicate AI initiatives to a broad internal audience through internal channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, email).
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and enablement sessions related to AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or HeyGen.
- Support the preparation of materials, presentations and surveys to help employees understand and adopt AI tools.
- Help gather feedback and support the internal AI community, encouraging knowledge sharing across teams.
What makes you a good fit
- Availability for a 12-month internship in Barcelona (Immediate availability and the right to work in Spain is a must).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain topics to different audiences.
- Experience in multicultural/international corporate environment is an advantage
- Interest in AI tools and digital innovation (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Adobe Firefly).
- Interest in change management and helping teams adopt new technologies.
- Proactive, organized and comfortable working on multiple tasks in parallel.
- Education in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Management
