What you´ll do

  • Act as the APAC dx counterpart to HCB APAC, shaping and driving the digital agenda for CPG based on HCB’s digital framework and regional priorities.
  • Translate business needs into scalable digital initiatives supporting growth, consumer engagement, and operational effectiveness across APAC.
  • Own and manage the APAC dx CPG digital portfolio, including prioritization, execution oversight, and value realization.
  • Foster strong cross‑level collaboration across dx at global, regional, and local levels, enabling the translation of business needs into scalable digital solutions across APAC 
  • Ensure effective governance, planning, budgeting, and KPI management for the digital portfolio.
  • Drive adoption and change management across markets with varying digital maturity.
  • Address APAC‑specific market and regulatory requirements, including local digital ecosystems and China‑specific considerations.  
  • Build digital capabilities and best‑practice sharing across APAC markets.
  • Lead and develop a regional dx CPG team across countries and time zones.

What makes you a good fit

  • 12+ years of experience in digital transformation, digital business partnering, or consumer‑focused digital roles.
  • Solid experience working with APAC businesses; China experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing complex digital portfolios and engaging senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link digital initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
  • Broad understanding of digital solutions and IT services, with the ability to steer rather than hands‑on deliver.
  • Strong capability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a matrix environment through influence.
  • Excellent prioritization, execution, and change management skills.
  • High adaptability to diverse markets and regulatory environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English (business level).
