
What you´ll do
- Daily Administrative Support: Responsible for executing administrative tasks,
including managing leadership schedules, documents, and meeting arrangements,
preparing business correspondence and meeting minutes, and ensuring tasks are
completed on time and in compliance with policies.
- Communication and Coordination: Acts as the primary point of contact for
internal and external inquiries, handling phone calls and emails, assessing
urgency, and taking appropriate action. Coordinates business activities, travel
arrangements, and reimbursements to ensure smooth information flow and resource
coordination.
- Financial and Data Support: Provides financial support at the departmental or project level, including budget monitoring, invoice approvals, and report preparation. Conducts research, compiles data, and issues key information such as financial reports and organizational charts.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor degree, ideally having overseas experience.
- 2-3 years relevant working experience, accept business trip.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, mostly PPT and Excel.
- Workable English.
