About this Position

  • The purpose of this position is leading stakeholders both business and AO sites to improve customers satisfaction and meet their increasing high standard requirements. This position takes additional GQKAM roles ( global quality key account manager) , assigned to dedicated global key accounts. Working closely with global and regional business key accounts and stakeholders to capture customer requirements and cascade their requirement to multiple function teams to execute successfully. Leading quality program and solid actions, including CCMS (customer complaint management system) management, driven reduction and continuous improvement. Managing customer audit and certificate. As a main contact window interface with customer on quality topic. 

What you´ll do

  • Leading customer satisfaction improvement activities for global key accounts, among AMC, AMO and AMI. Dealing with customer voice and requirement, while organizing relevant functions team to achieve quality improvement target successfully.
  • Interact business key account management team and AO quality team to drive and collaborate quality improvement program, including new product or management of change review and validation.
  • Leading the interfacing with customer as a main contact window to driven satisfaction of customer by providing professional solutions. Coordinate Henkel internal stakeholders to achieve that.
  • Performing the required training for customer satisfactions standard to sales and Henkel sites.
  • Collaborate function team to roll out global relevant projects in APAC.      

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree of Chemical or Engineering, master’s degree as a plus.
  • FMEA (Failure mode effects analysis), PPAP (Production part approval process), APQP( Advanced Product Quality Planning) and SQC (Statistic quality control) training done.
  • IATF16949 internal auditor, six sigma green belt certified, black belt as a plus.
  • AS9100 auditor certificate as a Plus.
  • English oral and written smoothly.
  • A solid experience of 3+years working experience in quality management within Chemical, automotive or electronics industry, customer or supplier interface experience focus.
  • Knowing well related to IATF16949, VDA 6.3, SPC, PPAP, FMEA etc.
  • 3+ years regional role has customer interface experience.
  • Strong ability in planning and executing, positive attitude to take challenge.
  • Good English oral and written skill.
